| The owners of Gosport & Fareham Omnibus Co sold its bus operations to the National Bus Company on 1st January 1970. Its head office was transferred to The Square, Bournemouth, as the company was now administered by Hants & Dorset, although Gosport & Fareham remained the legal owner. Operations continued from Hoeford as a separate entity, and vehicles retained their green livery, later giving way to leaf green. |

77 (EWO 467) was bought from Monmouthshire operator Howells & Withers, Pontllanfraith. New in 1942 to Red & White as 467, renumbered in 1951 to L442. Bought for preservation in 1970 when withdrawn.
